Uqora recently launched Flush Advanced+, a supplement formulated to support urinary tract health in women with recurrent urinary tract challenges.

The formulation of whole-fruit cranberry powder and clinical-strength D-mannose helps to reduce recurrent UTI risk in healthy women, according to the company.

“Recurring urinary tract infections place a persistent, undue burden on women’s health and well-being. Our goal was to develop a formula that delivers advanced support to reduce the risk of UTIs before they happen,” said Carrie Schaefer, vice president of Uqora’s commercial division. “Flush Advanced+ gives women with recurrent urinary tract challenges access to an effective, easy-to-use solution to take control of their urinary health.”

UTIs are one of the most common infections, with 11 million cases reported annually. Approximately 60% of women experience a UTI in their lifetime, and 20-40% will experience a second UTI. About 25-50% of these women then go on to experience multiple recurrent UTIs.

The formula of D-mannose and whole fruit cranberry powder is designed to have dual-action anti-adhesion activity, working in different but complementary ways to bind to pathogens and flush them from the urinary tract. The drinkable formula comes in a triple berry flavor.

Flush Advanced+ rounds out a three-part urinary tract supplement regimen, which also features Uqora Defend, a proactive bladder and urinary health supplement, and Uqora Promote, a vaginal probiotic.
