Ritual Expands Retail Footprint at Ulta Beauty

The company's Essential for Women 18+, Essential Prenatal, HyaCera, and Sleep BioSeries Melatonin will be available at select Ulta locations and online.

Ritual, a supplement brand specializing in women’s health, has expanded its retail presence to select Ulta Beauty locations and ulta.com, in the retailer’s The Wellness Shop section.

“We’re building one of the most trusted brands for women’s health both online and on shelves by prioritizing products grounded in science and efficacy,” said Katerina Schneider, CEO and founder of Ritual. “Our partnership with Ulta Beauty helps us further scale that commitment, bringing our rigorous approach to clinical studies and validated results that consumers can feel confident in to the beauty wellness aisle.”

Ulta Beauty will include four of Ritual’s most in-demand supplements: Essential for Women 18+; Essential Prenatal; HyaCera for skin support; and Sleep BioSeries Melatonin.

Ritual is investing $5 million dollars in university-led human clinical studies, aiming to have a study on all of its finished products by 2030.

Ritual’s product assortment is also certified through Ulta’s Conscious Beauty program, assuring compliance with its transparency, safety, sustainability, and positive impact standards. Ritual products are made without ingredients on Ulta’s “Made Without List”; the packaging is 98% recyclable, refillable, or made of bio-sourced plastic; the products are vegan; and the brand supports environmental and/or social causes financially.

Ritual’s supplements each have been given the Purity Award by the Clean Label Project, which requires independent testing for over 200 environmental contaminants and harmful chemicals like heavy metals, pesticide residues, plasticizers, glyphosate, and antibiotic residues.
