Eagle Diagnostics, a specialized testing laboratory that launched its TruShield certification program earlier this year, has certified its first ingredient, ReDaxin, a novel patented sorghum-based sports nutrition ingredient from RedLeaf Biologics.

The certification confirms the ingredient is free from 400+ WADA-prohibited compounds and other high-risk contaminants following a comprehensive banned substance screening including batch-specific testing.

TruShield leverages two decades of anti-doping expertise, banned testing, and a program that was developed by the same laboratory trusted by professional sports leagues and Olympic programs for drug testing.

ReDaxin is a rare polyphenol-rich extract from a proprietary red sorghum that is clinically studied for exercise recovery and has sport and active nutrition benefits. The ingredient is U.S. grown and non-GMO, supporting local farming communities.
