Polyphenolics, a division of Constellation Wines U.S., Madera, CA, has appointed Steve Kupina director of technical sales. He replaces Ron Martin, who left the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Kupina will be responsible for sales and technical service functions. He has been with the company for the past 30 years.
