Nutrifusion, a company specializing in fruit- and vegetable-based ingredient blends, has partnered with Jam Packd to develop micronutrient-packed fruit spreads. The line of blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry fruit spreads feature organic berries, collagen protein, prebiotic fiber, and plant-based micronutrients, and contain zero added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives.

Nutrifusion’s nutrient-rich solutions are formulated to deliver antioxidant, inflammatory-modulating benefits, to add value to products for health-conscious consumers.

“The idea for Jam Packd came from a simple truth: most spreads are over 55% sugar and offer little to no real nutrition,” said Brian Platt, co-founder and CEO of Jam Packd. “Our mission was to create something that’s just as clean and healthy as it is delicious, and we found that support in our partnership with NutriFusion.

A serving of Jam Packd’s spreads contains 8 grams of collagen peptides, and 6-7 grams of prebiotic fiber. Select SKUs feature antioxidants from green tea, elderberry, chia seeds, and/or flax.

Nutrifusion added 21 nutrients sourced from spinach, pumpkin, kale, broccoli, sweet potato, and more, contributing to approximately 10% of the recommended daily value of these nutrients.

“As the very first fruit spread of its kind, we refused to cut corners,” said Platt. “We wanted real nutrients from real foods, not synthetic substitutes.”

“At Nutrifusion, we actively seek opportunities to partner with companies that are just as dedicated to delivering the best of the best in nutritional products,” said William Grand, co-founder and CEO of NutriFusion. “With this, collaborating with Jam Packd is a natural fit for us, and we look forward to witnessing the collective fruits of our labor.”
