Natural Remedies Launches Ashwa.30 Ashwagandha Extract

Botanical ingredient supplier Natural Remedies launched Ashwa.30, an ashwagandha extract formulated to support energy, endurance, and stress relief, with a low dose of just 30 mg per day.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen, which is understood to help the body respond well to stress, Natural Remedies reports. Ashwa.30 is unique in that it its formulated to contain a concentration of more than 15% withanolides, which are bioactive compounds, as well as 15% of a unique ATP-active fraction that supports energy production at the cellular level, per the company.
