GNC Reformulates Beyond Raw Lit Pre-workout

GNC has reformulated its Beyond Raw Lit preworkout supplement as Lit V2.

The formula is designed to support strength, pumps, workouts, and longer-lasting energy. The supplement is available in fan-favorite flavors such as gummy worm, blue raspberry, watermelon, and strawberry lemonade, as well as new flavors such as passion orange guava and gummy shark.

Lit V2 contains 250 mg of Cognizin Citicoline, 50 mg of Senactiv for endurance support, and 50 mg of Astragin for enhanced absorption. GNC increased the creatine dosage from 1.5 grams to 3 grams, and increased the L-citrulline dose from 3 grams to 5 grams for bigger pumps, and a higher dose of electrolytes. The formula maintains a 250 mg dose of caffeine, including 50 mg of ZumXR extended release caffeine, and 3.2 grams of beta-alanine.

 The new formula also contains no artificial colors, in response to growing consumer demand.

Lit V2 will have a Vegas-inspired look, available for a limited time at the 2025 Mr. Olympia competition in Las Vegas in October.
