Everwell Health Becomes Unified Brand After Acquisitions and Expansions

The company, originally introduced in 2021, has rebranded after acquiring Nutrition21, American River Nutrition, and Celadrin cetylated fatty acids.

Everwell Health has rebranded each of its subsidiaries under its own name to establish a new brand identity and bring all brands and ingredients together under one umbrella.

The company was launched in 2021 and acquired Nutrition21, LLC that same year. Since then, the company launched new ingredients such as EverZen, acquired cetylated fatty acid brand Celadrin, and acquired American River Nutrition.

All of the company’s branded ingredients will now be brought together under the Everwell Health umbrella.

“This rebranding represents the strength of our expanded portfolio that we have intentionally developed, our shared expertise and our commitment to delivering even greater value to our customers and partners. It is not a change in who we are, but a clearer expression of what we’ve become,” said Steve Rosenman, CEO of Everwell Health. “Everwell Health’s diverse ingredient portfolio empowers us to deliver products with proven, tangible health benefits that support consumers in living life to their fullest potential. Our new brand more clearly reflects our collective values, long-term business strategy, customer-first approach, and commitment to science-backed ingredient development and innovation.”

The rebrand also features a new logo: a three-leaf icon, symbolizing the company’s commitment to “helping consumers look, feel, and perform their best.”

The company’s entire portfolio is now represented under one website, featuring a new user interface for improved navigation, user experience, and messaging on Everwell’s scientific expertise, product development capabilities, and role as a strategic ingredient partner. The existing websites for the former brands Nutrition21 and American River Nutrition have shut down.

Business will operate as usual. The streamlined Everwell Health brand simply does a better job in demonstrating the breadth and scale of our comprehensive portfolio of functional ingredients. We hope that the new website can be used as a tool to not only showcase our capabilities and ingredients, but also to educate users on our partnership approach and support pioneering ideas on what is possible for functional health.”
