Alpha Packaging Acquires PET Plastic Bottle Manufacturer
Alpha Packaging, St. Louis, MO, has acquired Yorkbridge Packaging Northeast, Bethlehem, PA. With the purchase, Alpha acquired a highly-efficient, state-of-the art plant housing 10 PET injection stretch blow molding machines. Currently, Yorkbridge has 33,000 sq. ft. devoted to manufacturing, but Alpha plans to double the size of the plant to increase capacity.
