At Natural Products Expo West Booth 4143, ADM will showcase its better-for-you reformulation capabilities, and showcase various solutions and end-to-end formulations to meet evolving guidelines and consumer demands.

According to ADM’s 2025 Outside Voice survey, over 80% of U.S. consumers favor reformulation aligned with better-for-you positioning. ADM will reveal its capabilities with an emphasis on both nutritional and sensorial optimization when meeting reduced sugar, reduced sodium, high-protein, and clean label targets.

The company will also showcase its ability to support portion-controlled, protein-packed products that are top-of-mind for GLP-1 users. The company’s insights examine opportunities for nutritious, culinary-inspired ready meals, including for those taking GLP-1 receptor agonists. On the show floor, the company will feature concepts like a reduced-sugar, high-protein, and high-fiber brownie tailored for this consumer segment.

Consumers are looking beyond traditional gut health supplements, and ADM’s postbiotics can answer the call with the ability to retain functionality through tough processing conditions associated with on-trend formats, the company reported. It will showcase postbiotics through concepts such as drinkable yogurts, carbonated soft drinks, bars, chews, and more.
