Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), a nonprofit dedicated to advancing gender equity in the nutraceutical industry, will host its 2nd Annual WIN Leadership Summit from April 24-25, 2026, at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, AZ.

The summit will bring together professionals from across the global nutrition and health industry for two days of leadership development, connection, and inspiration. The event will kick off on April 24 with WIN’s Entrepreneur Pitch Event, a WIN Gives Back service project, an optional tour of local Arizona manufacturing facilities, and a networking reception, followed by a full day of programming featuring keynote speaker Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary and a series of expert-led sessions.

Key discussion topics will include:

  • Shaping your own professional destiny
  • Investing in professional and leadership development
  • Advancing inclusive leadership practices
  • Driving female-focused product innovation

“The WIN Leadership Summit is designed to empower professionals across the nutraceutical industry with the tools, connections, and confidence to lead,” said Rebecca Takemoto, executive director of WIN. “Our mission is to create opportunities for growth while fostering a more inclusive and innovative future for the industry.”

The summit reflects WIN’s broader commitment to supporting women in science, business, and leadership roles, and to driving meaningful change across the nutraceutical landscape.
