Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Launches Metabolic Health Ingredient Re-Vaya

The combination of selenium, vitamin D, yeast beta-glucans, and zinc contributes to favorable shifts in the inflammatory and metabolic profile of belly fat, the company reported.

Lallemand Bio-Ingredients launched Re-Vaya, a complex of selenium, vitamin D, yeast beta glucans, and zinc, to support metabolic balance.

“Re-Vaya represents a meaningful step forward in how we think about metabolic health,” said Marcia Da Silva Pinto, PhD, category manager. “Our goal is to provide a solution that helps people with excess belly fat find metabolic balance while aligning with today’s expectations around trust, transparency, performance, and responsibility.”

A supporting study, which relied on proteomic analysis of adipose tissue, analyzed hundreds of proteins at once, offering a deeper view of how the body manages inflammation, energy use, and metabolic balance. It showed a reduction in common inflammatory mediators and distress signals, including leptin, suggesting metabolic activity and enhanced fat metabolism, according to the company.

Re-Vaya is suitable for capsules, tablets, gummies, powders, food, beverages, and more, Lallemand reported.
