Trace Minerals has debuted Creatine + Electrolytes, a formula designed to support hydration, recovery, and performance. The drink mix contains Trace Minerals’ signature full-spectrum ionic trace mineral blend.

Formulated for daily use, Trace Minerals’ Creatine + Electrolytes contains 5 grams of creatine monohydrate and more than 72 ionic trace minerals sourced from Utah’s Great Salt Lake, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium.

The formula addresses three interconnected needs at once: creatine draws water into muscle cells, increasing the body’s demand for electrolytes. Electrolytes meet that demand by supporting hydration and transporting creatine more efficiently into muscles. Ionic trace minerals then fill the gaps that standard diets often miss, supporting energy production and muscle repair at the cellular level, the company said.

“Trace Minerals’ Creatine + Electrolytes product combines the performance boosting benefits of creatine with hydration and muscle function support from added electrolytes,” said Dr. Darrin Starkey, manager of education and training at Trace Minerals. “Pair that with our full-spectrum electrolyte complex, and you have a formula that truly works for the entire body, from your muscles to your mind.”

Available in three sugar-free flavors: tropical watermelon, orange mango, and unflavored, Trace Minerals’ Creatine + Electrolytes is made in the U.S., third-party tested, sustainably sourced, and free from artificial colors or flavors. The 30-serving canister retails for $24.99 online at traceminerals.com

“While creatine is one of the most researched and validated supplements in sports nutrition, its benefits go far beyond the gym. You do not have to be an athlete to benefit from creatine’s effects,” said Starkey. “Creatine is a powerful addition for anyone looking for longevity support. In addition to its ability to maintain muscle mass, creatine also supports the brain’s high-energy demands and has been shown to improve memory, attention, and information-processing speed. In older adults, particularly women approaching or experiencing menopause, creatine supplementation has been shown to help decrease age-related declines in bone mineral density, making it a valuable addition to a healthy aging regimen.”
