GNC has launched three new creatine formulations, building on its legacy of Pro Performance Creatine Monohydrate.

The new dietary supplements include:

  • GNC Pro Performance Creatine + HMB, which combines five grams of creatine monohydrate with three grams of myHMB. The unflavored powder can mix into shakes or pre-workouts and is formulated for everyday athletes who want to improve muscle strength and size, endurance, and day-to-day muscle recovery. The formula is free from artificial colors or flavors, soy, and gluten.
  • Beyond Raw Creatine MonoPhate, a combination formula featuring creatine monohydrate, creatine phosphate, and AstraGin, NuLiv Science’s formulation of astragalus and ginseng to enhance creatine absorption and uptake into muscle cells. The gluten-free formula is designed to help lifters improve their strength, and is available in neutral, blue raspberry, and pink lemonade flavors.
  • GNC Amp Creabolic, which features five grams of creatine monohydrate, three grams of myHMB, and 2.4 grams of PeptiStrong, a formulation of plant-based peptides shown to support muscle synthesis and reduce muscle breakdown. Creabolic is formulated to support muscle strength, size, and power, protect muscles from breakdown during intense training, and enhance recovery and endurance. The product costs $44.99 for 30 servings, but would typically require multiple separate products that could cost well over $80 for the same number of servings. The gluten-free, soy-free, and Informed Choice certified product is regularly tested for over 285 banned substances.

“Creatine isn’t just for athletes anymore, it’s increasingly part of everyday wellness routines,” said Rachel Jones, chief science officer and head merchant at GNC. “We have been helping customers get results from creatine since 1988 and now we’ve taken what we know from decades of results and built a lineup that keeps our classic monohydrate at the core while adding advanced options for people who want more strength, better recovery, or smarter muscle support.”

All of the new products are held to the same standards, including manufacturing in FDA GMP-certified facilities, ingredient testing, and testing via third party for banned substances.

GNC launched a creatine hub on its website to provide customers with information and help them find the right formula to match their health goals. On the hub, customers can shop depending on their needs, such as increasing strength, building muscle, supporting athletic performance, improving recovery, exploring benefits beyond the gym, or supporting active aging. They can shop by format, including powders, gummies, chews, and capsules.
