Usana, a dietary supplement brand specializing in cellular health, recently earned the ConsumerLab.com Seal of Approval for its Vitamin D supplement, providing consumers with third-party assurance of the product’s purity, potency, and scientific precision.

“This isn’t just a win for our product, it’s a win for consumers who deserve the very best,” said Brent Neidig, Usana’s chief commercial officer.  “We’re proud to offer a supplement that not only meets expectations but inspires confidence in every tablet. The ConsumerLab.com Seal of Approval is more than a certification; it’s a trusted endorsement that reflects our dedication to transparency, quality, and precision.”

To earn the seal of approval, Usana’s Vitamin D supplement was tested for purity, potency, and label accuracy. The product needed to meet 100% of the claimed amounts of vitamin D and K, and demonstrate proper disintegration and bioavailability.

The supplement is formulated to support the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, aid in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and provide 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of vitamin D per tablet.

“At Usana, we don’t just meet standards, we redefine them,” said Kathryn Armstrong, PhD, chief scientific officer. “With 2000 IU of vitamin D3 in every tablet, this formula is built on science to support bone strength, immune defense, and nutrient absorption. Trust in your supplements has to be earned, and we earn it with every dose.”
