Cosmax NBT, a global beauty and health manufacturer, is relocating its dietary supplement manufacturing operations from Texas to Korea, a move designed to improve supply chain efficiency, product quality, and overall service.

The move will help the company leverage Korea’s manufacturing infrastructure, quality standards, and regional innovation in nutraceuticals. The move also brings manufacturing closer to the company’s R&D and formulation hubs, helping to streamline production timelines of dietary supplements.

“This move allows us to offer even greater control over quality, faster production turnaround, and more seamless collaboration with our customers,” said Jay Ahn, CEO, Cosmax NBT. “Korea is a global leader in health and wellness innovation, and we’re proud to anchor our supplement manufacturing here to better align with our long-term growth and sustainability goals.”

Cosmax NBT produces dietary supplements in several formats, including:

  • Tablets, in uncoated, coated, enteric-coated, sugar-coated, fast-dissolving, chewable, and melting tablets.
  • Capsules, including hard capsules and softgels, with options for plant-based, chewable, and enteric-coated varieties
  • Powders, including granular, melting, water-mix, foaming, easy bead, and popping varieties for various delivery methods
  • Liquids, which are produced in fully automated facilities, offering packaging options like PET vials, glass bottles, and ampoules.
  • Jellies, for sticks, pouches, or pockets, with options to include additional ingredients like Nata de Coco or chia seeds for enhanced texture.
